This two day course is intended for current or aspiring Project Managers. In this session we explore the role of the Project Manager throughout the Project Lifecycle. Students are provided many tools & techniques that will enable them to deliver better project results.
Project Management for Sponsors & Senior Managers (1 day)
This one day course is intended to provide an overview of the Project Management processes and what should be expected from Project Managers within your organization. This session will enable senior management to properly support & hold their Project Managers accountable and ensure strategic alignment with project goals.
Managing your Projects with Microsoft Project (1-3 days)
As a Microsoft Certified Training Alumni, we can bring our expertise to your organization to help your team better use the Microsoft Project tool to manage their projects. We offer one, two or three day courses, depending on the level of training your team requires.
